1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to OnPrints.in! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Victory Wave Digital ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the OnPrints.in website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site” and the "Services").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. User Accounts and Registration

To access most of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Be at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Our Services

OnPrints.in provides a suite of digital tools for processing images and PDF files. Our services are divided into two categories:

  • Premium Tools: These are server-side tools (e.g., Passport Photo Generator, PDF Card Extractor, Image Auto Enhancer) that require payment for use. To use these tools, you upload your files to our servers for processing.
  • Free PDF Tool Suite: These tools (e.g., Merge PDF, Split PDF, Compress PDF) are provided free of charge. All processing for these tools occurs client-side, meaning the operations are performed entirely within your web browser. Your files for these free tools are never uploaded to our servers.

4. Wallet, Payments, and Transactions

a) User Wallet:

All payments for Premium Tools are made from your OnPrints.in user wallet ("Wallet"). You must add funds to your Wallet before using these services. The balance in your Wallet is non-transferable.

b) Adding Funds to Your Wallet:

You may add funds to your Wallet using one of the following methods:

  • Razorpay Payment Gateway: For online payments made via credit card, debit card, net banking, or other methods offered by Razorpay. These transactions are subject to Razorpay's terms and conditions and privacy policy. We do not store your full card details.
  • UPI Transfer: You may transfer funds to our designated UPI ID. After making a payment, you must submit the 12-digit UPI Transaction ID as a payment request on our "Add Money" page. Funds will be credited to your Wallet only after we have manually verified the transaction. This process may take 1-2 business hours. We are not responsible for any delays in verification.
  • Cash Payment: For cash payments made directly to an authorized representative. You must submit a payment request with a reference to the transaction. Funds will be credited to your Wallet only after manual verification.

c) Refund Policy:

  • Funds used for a service are non-refundable. Once you use your Wallet balance to process a file with a Premium Tool, that amount is spent and cannot be refunded.
  • Funds added to your Wallet are generally non-refundable. All refund decisions are at our sole discretion.

5. User Content

You are responsible for the files, data, and content you upload to our Site ("User Content").

  • Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. We do not claim any ownership over your files.
  • Limited License: By uploading User Content for processing with our Premium Tools, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the requested Service to you.
  • Data Deletion: As stated in our Privacy Policy, all User Content uploaded to our servers for Premium Tools is automatically and permanently deleted after a short period (24 hours).

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. As a user, you agree not to:

  • Upload any User Content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Use our Services to create malicious or harmful content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the Site or our tools.
  • Use any automated system, such as a robot or script, to access the Site.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the performance of the Site or our servers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including the source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, graphics, and logos (collectively, the "Our Content") are the property of OnPrints.in or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and Our Content for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and block your access to the Site without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the three (3) month period prior to any cause of action arising.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. You irrevocably consent that the courts of New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms are posted will be deemed as your acceptance of the changes.
